◈ APPLIES TO THE PRIVATE ALPHA◈ DESCRIBES THE SERVICE AS DEPLOYED

01 Privacy

DomainAnvil is operated as a private alpha by a small team. We collect the minimum needed to run the alpha and to talk to the people using it. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking or analytics on this site — the site loads no third-party resources at all.

The controller of this data is DomainAnvil. Contact: admin@domainanvil.com.

02 What we store

Access requests
Your email address, your optional description of what you are building, and the time of your request. It is used to contact you about alpha access and nothing else. A request does not create an account or grant access.
GitHub sign-in
If you are invited and sign in, we store your GitHub numeric account id, your GitHub username, and — when GitHub exposes one — your name and email address. We do not store your avatar, and we do not request access to your repositories.
Project content
The requirements you write and the answers you give to clarifying questions, stored so you can return to your projects. They are also sent to our model providers, which is how the specification and source are produced.
Operational logs
Server logs including IP address, request time, and errors, kept to keep the service running and secure. We do not log the contents of an access request.
Cookies
Two cookies are set before you sign in — a CSRF token and a callback URL — both required for sign-in to work safely. A session cookie is added once you are signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Processors we rely on: cloud hosting and a managed database, and model providers for generation. Each receives only what its function requires. We do not currently use an email service — correspondence is sent by a person.

03 Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it, or to delete it — including withdrawing an access request.
  • Ask us to close your account, which deletes your projects. There is no self-serve deletion yet; a person does it.
  • Download your generated source while your account is active.

04 Terms of use

By using the alpha you agree to these terms. Access is granted by invitation, is personal to you, and can be changed or withdrawn while the product is in alpha. We may alter or remove features, and the terms may change; material changes will be sent to the address on your account.

You are responsible for the requirements you submit — that you have the right to describe them, and that they contain no personal data of others that you cannot lawfully share. Do not attempt to use the platform to generate unlawful systems, to probe or overload our infrastructure, or to resell alpha access.

05 Code ownership

Your requirements are yours. The specifications and source generated from them are yours, to use, modify, and ship commercially, with no runtime dependency on us and no licence fee on the output. The platform itself — the pipeline, the validators, the generators — stays ours.

06 Limits

This is an alpha. It can be unavailable, it can lose work in progress, and its output is a reviewed starting point rather than a production deployment — read the code before you ship it. It is provided as is, without warranty, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
